Seven systems, each with its own sign-in.

Links open the vendor’s own site in a new tab. If a link sends you somewhere unexpected, close it and tell the office — do not enter credentials.

Staff tools. These systems are for LA CCTV Supply employees and authorized project staff. Access is granted per person by the office; there is no self-registration, and this page never asks you for a password.

02 House rules

Five habits that keep the records usable.

None of this is new policy. It is the short version of what goes wrong when someone is in a hurry.

Hard line No classified information and no CUI goes into any system on this page, and no accredited facility is identified by address. If a customer sends you something that should not have been sent, stop and escalate to the office before forwarding it anywhere.
  • Sign in with your own account. Shared logins break the audit trail and make an offboarding a scramble.
  • Quotes, purchase orders and change orders live in the CRM. If it is not in the CRM, it did not happen.
  • Customer drawings and site photos go in the Employee Drive, not in a personal account or a phone camera roll.
  • Never place classified information, CUI, or an accredited facility’s address into any of these systems.
  • Lost access or a suspicious sign-in prompt: stop, and call the office on 1-626-789-2267 before you click anything.
