Call us, or start a quote.

Two routes and both reach a person. The phone is best when you are not sure what you need; the Get a Quote app is best when you have a specification, a drawing set or a parts list to attach.

01 How to reach us

Three ways in, in the order that works.

  • Phone

    1-626-789-2267

Weekdays, Pacific time. If we are on a site walk you will reach voicemail — leave the company name and a callback number and you will get a call back, not a form letter.
  • Quote requests

    Get a Quote

Our quoting and purchase-order system. It takes attachments, keeps the thread in one place, and is the fastest route to a priced bill of materials.
  • Mail

    PO Box 4327
    La Puente, CA 91747
A PO box for cheques, purchase orders and paper correspondence — not a walk-in address. Do not send equipment or returns here without an RMA and shipping instructions.

There is no contact form on these pages. They are static pages with no mail backend, and a form that silently drops your message is worse than no form at all. Use the phone or the Get a Quote app — both reach a person who can answer.

02 The fastest path

Get a Quote, even when you do not want a price yet.

It is the same system our quoting, purchase orders, change orders and projects run on, so a message that starts there does not get retyped or lost between inboxes. Attach what you have. If what you actually need is an assessment or a design rather than a price, say so in the description — it lands on the same desk.

LA CCTV Supply sells security equipment and provides training, consulting and system design. We are not an installing contractor: installation is performed by your licensed contractor, except for small non-permitted work under $1,000 all-inclusive, which we can handle directly.

03 What to include in a first message

  • Who you are and which organization — company, agency, or the contractor you are working for.
  • What the site is in general terms: office, warehouse, plant, school, government facility. No address needed yet.
  • How many sites and roughly how many doors, cameras or zones are involved.
  • What you want from us — an assessment, a design, a bill of materials and price, training, or you are not sure yet.
  • Any documents you already have — a specification, a drawing set, a parts list, a solicitation number.
  • Your date — the bid date, the budget cycle, or the day the system has to work.
  • Commercial or federal, because the paperwork and the sourcing rules differ from the first message onward.

04 What not to send

Keep the first message unclassified.

Almost every project can be scoped without a single sensitive detail. Building type, door count, camera count and a date get you a long way — and none of it is something you would mind an outsider reading.

Please do not send Classified information or CUI of any kind; the street address, floor or room number of an accredited facility; alarm codes, credentials, or access control programming; photographs that identify a protected space or its perimeter. Web forms and unencrypted email are not an approved channel for any of it — your security officer decides what is.

If the detail really is necessary

Say so on the phone without the detail itself, and we will agree a channel with your security officer before anything moves. On accredited projects that conversation happens first and everything else waits — nobody has ever regretted the extra call.

LA CCTV Supply publishes educational, public-level material about SCIF and SAPF security. Requirements for any facility are set by its Accrediting Official, Cognizant Security Authority and CTTA — not by a vendor, and not by this website.

05 Where we are

California based. Nationwide in practice.

We have been supplying, designing and consulting on security systems since 2009, from the San Gabriel Valley east of Los Angeles, for commercial clients and federal agencies across the country. There is no showroom and no trade counter — correspondence goes to the PO box, and meetings are by appointment.

  • Home base

La Puente, California — San Gabriel Valley, Los Angeles County. Mail reaches us at PO Box 4327, La Puente, CA 91747.

  • Who we work for

Commercial clients and the U.S. Government — critical infrastructure, government installations, military bases, command centers, banking and Fortune 1000 companies.

  • Site visits

Assessments and design walks are scheduled in advance and run under your access rules. Travel is quoted with the engagement, so there are no surprises on the invoice.

  • Who installs

LA CCTV Supply sells security equipment and provides training, consulting and system design. We are not an installing contractor: installation is performed by your licensed contractor, except for small non-permitted work under $1,000 all-inclusive, which we can handle directly.

Start with a phone call.

Five minutes on the phone usually settles whether you need an assessment, a design, a purchase order, a training session — or none of the above.

Please don’t send classified information, CUI or facility addresses through web forms or unencrypted email.
